What our officers do
Officers patrol, greet, observe and step in when needed — always starting with communication. They deter shoplifting and loitering, check doors and lighting after hours, escort staff to their cars when asked, and document everything.
- Visible uniformed presence and patrols
- Loss prevention support and after-hours checks
- Lobby, reception and access control
- Opening and closing support for staff
Shoplifting and holiday retail theft
Shoplifting, parking-lot car break-ins and crowds all climb during the holiday shopping season. A uniformed officer at the entrance and in the lot is a visible deterrent that also reassures customers and staff — and extra holiday coverage can be added just for November and December.
Documentation that holds up
Incident reports are written the same night, with times, descriptions and actions taken — the kind of record owners, insurers and police can actually use.

Commercial & Retail Security FAQ
Do you provide security for retail stores?
Yes. We staff uniformed officers for individual storefronts and shopping centers, focused on deterrence, customer and staff safety, and clear incident reporting.
Can an officer cover our front desk or lobby?
Yes. Lobby and front-desk posts — greeting visitors, checking access and monitoring the building — are a common commercial assignment.
