Alex Markley
Chief Executive Officer
Alex sets the vision and direction for the company. With years of experience in private security and fire watch operations in Washington, he brings proven leadership in high-pressure environments — training and developing teams, making clear decisions under stress, and keeping people focused and safe in any conditions.
Robert Pytell
Chief Financial & Technology Officer
Robert brings 15 years of hands-on private security experience. A graduate of Skagit Valley College who also attended Central Washington University, he combines operational knowledge with technical and financial expertise, overseeing compliance, technology, finance and information security.
Mindy Markley
Director of Human Resources
Mindy brings 25 years of experience in private security and a proven ability to resolve conflict, build strong teams and manage complex people challenges. She leads hiring, employee development and workplace culture with a rare mix of compassion and business sense.
Bert Markley
Director of Training
Bert has more than 30 years in the private security industry, including commercial accounts and apartment communities across the Puget Sound. A longtime supervisor and trainer, he leads our training program and the standard every officer is held to.

OSHA Fire Watch
Fire watch training through the National OSHA Foundation, so every officer knows what Washington fire marshals expect.
OSHA Certified
Washington Licensed
Licensed under Washington State requirements, with working knowledge of RCW use-of-force guidelines and the limits of private authority.
WA State Licensed
De-Escalation Trained
Verbal Judo and nonviolent crisis intervention. We defuse tense encounters with communication and clear boundaries before they escalate.
