CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Alex provides the vision and strategic direction for the company. With years of experience in private security and firewatch operations in Washington, Alex brings proven leadership in high-pressure environments. He excels at training and developing teams, making clear decisions under stress, and keeping people focused and safe no matter the conditions. His hands-on operational experience and natural ability to lead make him an ideal CEO for guiding our company’s growth.
Robert Pytell
Chief Financial & Technology Officer
Robert brings 15 years of hands-on experience in private security, including high-profile contracts with Lockheed Martin, Aurora Town Center, and Santa Fe Place. A graduate of Skagit Valley College who also attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Robert combines deep operational knowledge with technical and financial expertise. In his roles as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer, he ensures we maintain the highest standards of compliance, innovation, financial discipline, and security.
Mindy Markley
Director of Human Resources
Mindy brings 25 years of experience in private security and a proven ability to resolve conflict, build strong teams, and manage complex people-related challenges. As a mother who has raised four children of her own as well as numerous extended family members, she has developed exceptional skills in communication, de-escalation, and creating harmony in high-pressure environments. In her role as Head of Human Resources, Mindy leads talent acquisition, employee development, and workplace culture with a rare combination of compassion and business acumen.
Bert Markley
Director of Training
Bert is a veteran of the private security industry with over 30 years of experience. He has worked with major clients including Amazon, Costco, and numerous apartment communities throughout the Puget Sound area. With extensive experience as a supervisor and trainer, Bert leads our training programs, developing skilled professionals who uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and professionalism.

Our training Standards
Our Public Safety Officers (PSOs) are trained and certified to a standard the security industry rarely sees — because protecting what matters most demands more than a uniform and a flashlight.
OSHA Fire Watch
Nationally certified fire watch training through the National OSHA Foundation — every officer knows Washington fire marshal requirements.
Washington State Licenced
Fully licensed under Washington State requirements with working knowledge of RCW use-of-force guidelines and lawful authority boundaries.
De-Escalation Trained
Our PSOs are heavily trained in advanced communication tactics, including Verbal Judo and nonviolent crisis intervention. We focus on defusing high-tension encounters with strategic compliance and verbal boundaries, ensuring conflicts are resolved professionally before they escalate.
Veteran Preferred
We actively recruit veterans. The discipline, mission focus, and accountability they bring is the foundation our PSO standard is built on.
